“Ich wurde am Vortag der Tour vom Anbieter per WhatsApp kontaktiert, dass die Jeepsafari um 8 Uhr losgehen wird (ausgemacht war 6 Uhr morgens). Als ich mich darüber beschwert habe, hieß es, dass wir doch um 6 Uhr abgeholt werden würden. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zwar um 6.30 Uhr abgeholt, aber nicht für die Jeepsafari, sondern es hieß, dass wir morgens um 7 Uhr zu der Kanufahrt fahren würden, weil sie keine Plätze für die frühe Jeepsafari mehr hätten. Als wir drauf bestanden haben, dass sie sich an die Beschreibung der gebuchten Tour halten sollen, verlangten sie von uns einen Aufpreis (30 €), wenn wir eine morgendliche Safari machen…”
