He was so supportive and kind to every single one of us during the trek and we had so much fun. My guide made the experience very enjoyable and was able to make us laugh during the trek - I am so grateful for Bhadrapur and the trek itself. If you are someone with not great knees, I’d highly recommend either taking some strapping tape or getting some knee braces. Days 3-4 can be pretty brutal as you descend constantly. The tea houses are super cosy and everyone was so lovely.”

Everyone at the tea houses were lovely, they even made me a cake for my birthday.
